2. HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION WITH YOU?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to me through my website, email, or WhatsApp, and let me know the type of session you're interested in. I'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
3. CAN WE CHOOSE THE LOCATION OF OUR PHOTO SHOOT?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalised photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS UNFAVOURABLE ON THE DAY OF AN OUTDOOR SHOOT?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I'm flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
5. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
A non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of your chosen collection is due upon booking. The remaining 75% is due 7 days before the session/wedding. I do offer a monthly payment system that allows you the luxury of paying off your wedding photography in smaller stress-free amounts. Please contact me for details.
6. HOW LONG WILL WE WAIT FOR OUR IMAGES?
I know how exciting it is to relive your session, so I always aim to deliver your images as soon as possible—without rushing the care they deserve. You can expect your full gallery within 2–4 weeks for lifestyle sessions (couples, family, maternity, matric farewell) and 6–8 weeks for weddings or elopements. I’ll also send a small preview within a few days to keep the excitement alive!
7. DO YOU DELIVER EVERY IMAGE YOU SHOOT?
I carefully curate your gallery to include all the best moments—every meaningful glance, big laugh, and little detail that tells your story. While I don’t deliver every single image taken (like duplicates, test shots, or blinks), you’ll receive a full collection of beautifully edited photos that capture the heart of the day. Nothing important is ever left out.
8. DO WE GET TO KEEP THE NEGATIVE/RAW FILES?
No. I provide you with the selected, edited high-resolution digital jpegs (the digital equivalent of negatives). The digital jpegs are yours to make unlimited personal reproductions and copies for yourself, friends and families. The raw, unedited files aren’t available for viewing or purchase. Please rest assured that every viable raw image is edited carefully and delivered.
